We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Developer with extensive knowledge in Angular, Ionic with Capacitor, and Datamatrix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, designing and implementing testable and scalable code, and driving the success of our projects. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The position is in Bacau (Romania) and the candidate will work closely with our colleagues in our main office in Bacau.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Applications:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and innovative applications using Angular, Ionic with Capacitor, and Datamatrix technologies.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal functionality and user-friendliness.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define, design, and release new features.

Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

Optimize Application Performance:

Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.

Debug applications to identify and fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance user experience.

Stay Updated on Latest Technologies:

Keep abreast of the latest developments in Angular, Ionic with Capacitor, and other relevant technologies.

Regularly attend educational events, workshops, and read relevant literature to maintain and enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Mentor Junior Developers:

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Angular Development.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in working with Datamatrix 2D barcodes.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Azure Microsoft.
• Proficient English.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

   

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of backend development, preferably with Node.js or .NET.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
